Hyatt Place Dublin/Pleasanton

This Hyatt is very convenient for our trips up to visit family. The lobby area has been recently remodeled and looks very nice. The included breakfast is very nice but is your typical hot breakfast buffet. The rooms are good sized and comfortable. I'm not sure how recently they changed out the mattresses but I found it to be very comfortable. Overall, nice stay and a good value.

Excellent breakfast, great location, large clean room but restroom is exceedingly small. Hard to shut the door without bumping into the toilet. If you are somewhat larger in size this may not be the place for you. GREAT STAFF!!

The staff on Saturday April 12 was amazing. Checked in at 3pm. Forgot her name. But the young woman working the bar was just wonderful and fun. Make sure she knows it!! They all were great!!

The front desk staff were delightful. Christina deserves a promotion!! She was so pleasant and attentive. This lady really knows how to deliver quality customer service.

I like everything about the hotel, the rooms, the treatment of the workers, the hotel in general, the location is very good too, for me it is the best hotel in Dublin, whenever I travel to Dublin I will stay there
